Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of the judicial canton of Grimbergen (Vredegerecht, seated in Meise) or, where applicable, the Nederlandstalige Rechtbank van Eerste Aanleg Brussel.
