What we collect and why

When you sign up on this page, we collect your name and email address, and the language you signed up in. We use this only to send you occasional email updates about Terra Incognita, such as when we launch. We don't collect anything beyond that.

Legal basis

We process your name and email based on your consent, given by submitting the signup form. You can withdraw that consent at any time (see below), and no other processing of your data depends on it.

Marketing emails

Your name and email are added to our mailing list, managed via Brevo (Sendinblue), matched to the language you signed up in. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us directly at info@tiexperiences.be to be removed at any time.

Cookies

This page only uses a strictly necessary cookie, to protect the signup form against forgery. This doesn't require your consent under GDPR/ePrivacy rules, and we don't use any analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.

How long we keep your data

We keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive a copy of it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email info@tiexperiences.be.
